Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before food preparation begins. Once preparation has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Refund Eligibility

  • Duplicate payment transactions.
  • Failed payment but amount deducted.
  • Order not delivered due to operational issues.
  • Approved order-related concerns.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Delivered orders.
  • Customer cancellation after preparation begins.
  • Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer.
